With every food item on our menu, you will get a Cherokee Sweet Corn Pone with your meal. This authentic treat is similar to cornbread, but instead of being made with milk and eggs, the corn pone is made of cornmeal, water, salt, and oil. You’ll love trying our signature corn pone with the rest of your meal!

3. Cathead Stacker

At our breakfast restaurant in Gatlinburg, a cathead is another word for a biscuit, and you won’t find a better southern biscuit in the area! For the stackers, you get to choose from fried or scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, bacon, fried bologna, and a few different cheeses to go on your sandwich. The Splinter Maples Scrambler is made up of 3 scrambled eggs, red peppers, green onion, cheddar jack cheese, cilantro, zucchini, and grilled portabella mushrooms. The Jimmy Jose’s Scrambler is 3 scrambled eggs, shredded beef, peppers, onion, tomatoes, cheddar jack cheese, refried beans, Mexican rice, sour cream, and a warm corn tortilla. You can always try the Crockett’s Breakfast Quesadilla with scrambled eggs, cheddar and jack cheese, pico de gallo, and smoked bacon grilled in a flour tortilla that’s served with refried beans and Mexican rice.

These stacks are our version of pancakes, but they are thicker and fluffier than traditional pancakes. Pair your cake with chocolate chips, wild berry compote, or another topping of your choice.
