  • Crockett’s Thick French Toast:  fresh-baked bread dipped in egg custard, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla and served with whipped butter, warm maple syrup, and powdered sugar. You can also choose to top your French Toast with fresh fruit or warm compote, and we also have “stuffed” options (strawberry, blackberry, or blueberry with cream cheese and peanut butter and jelly. 
  • Aretha’s Pecan Waffle: our special waffle mix is loaded with pecans, topped with sliced bananas, and served with warm caramel sauce.  
  • Giant Cinnamon Roll: We make fresh rolls every morning, and they are massive! You can also order fried cinnamon rolls with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

  • Signature Corned Beef Hash Breakfast: slow-cooked corned beef pan-fried with diced potatoes, green peppers, onions, and fresh herbs, then broiled with 2 farm fresh eggs and served with your choice of candied apples or grits and toast or biscuit.
  • Pot Roast Benedict: our signature Cat Head biscuit and pot roast smothered in sausage gravy, over easy eggs, and hollandaise sauce with your choice of side (camp potatoes, grits, fruit, or candied apples).
  • The Black Bear Camp Skillet: country or sugar-cured ham with pecan smoked bacon, sausage, and 2 farm fresh eggs, served with corn pone, grits, camp potatoes, biscuit, sausage gravy, and a griddle cake.
