You can’t go wrong with a stuffed omelet for a delicious breakfast, and this combination might just surprise you!

2. Elk Mountain Grande Burrito

Scrambled eggs, shredded beef, cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo, black olives, and jalapenos smothered in our homemade ranchero sauce served over hunt camp potatoes make the Elk Mountain Grande Burrito one of the most flavorful and unique breakfast dishes on the Crockett’s Breakfast Camp menu. This one is a must for anyone who enjoys a little Tex-Mex-inspired breakfast!

3. Pot Roast Benedict

Eggs Benedict is a classic breakfast menu item, but we serve several unique variations, including a delicious Pot Roast Benedict. A Cathead biscuit and our signature pot roast are covered in sausage gravy with over-easy eggs and our homemade hollandaise sauce. You won’t believe your tastebuds!

4. Stuffed French Toast

5. Crockett’s Buckwheat Fruit & Nut Pancakes

We’re famous for our thick griddle cakes, but Crockett’s Buckwheat Fruit & Nut Pancakes are one of the most underrated items on our menu! Made with our hearty granola batter and served with fresh berries and pecans, this dish is instantly satisfying and refreshing, with just a hint of sweetness. Don’t just take our word for it, you’ll have to try it for yourself!

Build your own biscuit breakfast sandwich with our Cathead Stacker! Choose your type of egg (fried or scrambled), meat (ham, sausage, bacon, or fried bologna), and cheese (cheddar, jack, or American) for a big stack of all your favorite things. Plus, it comes with a side of our Cherokee Sweet Corn Pone (as does most of our dishes), which if you haven’t tasted it before, is guaranteed to make you want to come back over and over again.

7. Giant Cinnamon Rolls
